Ingredients
  

  • 4 sea bass fillets
  • 2 zucchinis sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon sliced into wedges
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Prepare the Vegetables: In a large bowl, combine the sliced zucchinis, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, and minced garlic. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt, pepper, and oregano, and toss to coat.
  • Arrange the Vegetables: Spread the vegetable mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Prepare the Sea Bass: Season the sea bass fillets with salt and pepper. Place them on top of the vegetables on the baking sheet.
  • Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the sea bass is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
  • Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
