In a large mixing bowl, combine the coconut flour, beaten eggs, softened cream cheese, chopped ham, crumbled bacon, shredded mozzarella cheese, and baking powder. Mix until well combined and forms a dough.
Scoop the dough into about 12 portions and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Flatten each portion slightly with your fingers to shape into biscuits.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
