Fresh parsley
basil, and scallions
Salt and pepper
as needed
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400 F.
Take a non-stick cooking spray and grease 4 muffin cups. Add a slice of ham, and crack open an egg in each cup.
Bake for 13 minutes. Season eggs with salt and pepper. Remove cups and sprinkle with chopped parsley, scallions, and basil. Enjoy!
