Ingredients
  

  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 slices ham
  • Fresh parsley basil, and scallions
  • Salt and pepper as needed

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400 F.
  • Take a non-stick cooking spray and grease 4 muffin cups. Add a slice of ham, and crack open an egg in each cup.
  • Bake for 13 minutes. Season eggs with salt and pepper. Remove cups and sprinkle with chopped parsley, scallions, and basil. Enjoy!
