In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, onion, garlic, parsley, oregano, cumin, salt, pepper, breadcrumbs, milk, and the raw egg. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
Place the mixture on a piece of parchment paper or plastic wrap. Flatten it into a rectangular shape, approximately 1 inch thick. Position the hard-boiled eggs in a straight line along the center of the meat mixture.
Carefully roll the meat mixture over the eggs, sealing the edges to form a loaf. Press gently to ensure it holds together.
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Transfer the meatloaf to a greased baking dish. Drizzle olive oil on top and cover with tomato sauce. Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes, occasionally basting with pan juices.
