Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground sausage, shredded Cheddar cheese, egg, sea salt, and black pepper.
Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the sausage balls are golden brown and cooked through.
