Instructions
In a pan over medium-high heat, brown the beef and season with salt and pepper.
Cook until no longer pink, about 5 minutes.
Drain any excess drippings, but keep the beef in the pan.
Add the Italian seasoning, chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper to the beef and stir to combine.
In a small bowl combine the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard.
Divide the lettuce, tomatoes and onion between the 3 bowls and top with cooked beef and the Dijon mayo. Enjoy!
