Ingredients
  

  • 3 large eggs
  • ½ medium avocado sliced
  • ½ cup almonds sliced
  • Salt and pepper as needed

Instructions
 

  • Place a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Take a bowl and add eggs; beat eggs.
  • Pour into a skillet and cook for 1 minute.
  • Lower the heat and cook for 4 minutes more.
  • Top with avocado and almonds.
  • Serve with sprinkles of salt and pepper. Enjoy!
