- ½ cup vegetable broth
- ¼ cup chopped carrot
- ¼ cup peas
- ¼ cup cabbage chopped

- 2 tbsp chili sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 2 cups boiled rice
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
How to Make Vegetable Fried Rice
- Put ½ cup vegetable broth in a pan and heat it until it melts.
- Add ginger-garlic paste, green pepper, red pepper, peas, carrot, and cabbage, and stir fry for 5 minutes.
- Add salt, black pepper, chili sauce, vinegar, paprika, and soy sauce, and cook for 5 minutes more.
- Add boiled rice to this prepared mixture and mix it well on medium heat for 5 minutes.
- Serve peas and carrot rice hot.
