  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

How To Make Tartar Sauce

  1. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, chopped pickles, red onion (if using), parsley, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard.
  2. Mix thoroughly until smooth and well blended.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to your preference.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
  5. Serve chilled with your favorite dishes.
