Rainbow Fruit Parfait
Ingredients
- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 cup strawberries sliced
- 1/2 cup mango diced
- 1/2 cup kiwi diced
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup purple grapes halved
- 1/4 cup granola optional
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish optional
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with honey until well combined.
- In 4 serving glasses or bowls, start by adding a spoonful of yogurt at the bottom.
