These Keto Bacon and Cheese Biscuits are easy to make. Each biscuit has only 2 g of carbs, and the best way to eat them is to warm them up.
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup coconut flour
- 3 eggs beaten
- 4 oz cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup cooked ham chopped
- 2 stripes of bacon cooked
- 2 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
How to make the Keto Bacon And Cheese Biscuits
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Cook the bacon strips, drain, and cut them into small pieces
- Combine cream cheese, ham, and bacon strips until completely combined in a bowl
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix with the wooden spoon.
- Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper
- Drop onto the baking sheet using a small cookie scoop till you get 12 to 24 biscuits (depending on the size you want)
- Bake 25-30 minutes

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the coconut flour, beaten eggs, softened cream cheese, chopped ham, crumbled bacon, shredded mozzarella cheese, and baking powder. Mix until well combined and forms a dough.
