These Keto Bacon and Cheese Biscuits are easy to make. Each biscuit has only 2 g of carbs, and the best way to eat them is to warm them up.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup coconut flour
  • 3 eggs beaten
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup cooked ham chopped
  • 2 stripes of bacon cooked
  • 2 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

How to make the Keto Bacon And Cheese Biscuits

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  • Cook the bacon strips, drain, and cut them into small pieces
  • Combine cream cheese, ham, and bacon strips until completely combined in a bowl
  • Add the remaining ingredients and mix with the wooden spoon.
  • Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper
  • Drop onto the baking sheet using a small cookie scoop till you get 12 to 24 biscuits (depending on the size you want)
  • Bake 25-30 minutes

Storage:

Store any leftover biscuits in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. Reheat in the microwave or oven before serving for best taste.

Instructions
