Ingredients Ciabatta Ham Panini
- 4 pieces of ciabatta bread, sliced open
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 slices of cooked ham
- 8 thin slices roasted red bell peppers
- 1 avocado mashed
- 2 slices of mozzarella or Swiss cheese
- Olive oil spray

Preparation
- Preheat a panini press. If you do not have a panini press, place the sandwich onto a heated skillet or griddle and top with a weight, such as another heavy pan. Flip the sandwich and toast the other side when the bread is toasted.
- Mashed the avocado and add salt and pepper to taste
- Spread the mashed avocado on the top of each piece of bread.
- Place the ham, red bell pepper, and mozzarella cheese on four slices
- Close the sandwiches and lightly spray the tops with olive oil.
- Place the sandwiches on the panini, press one at a time, close, and cook for 5 minutes.
