What you need for the Chicken Rollatini Stuffed recipe

- 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese grated
- 8 thin chicken breast
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 cups packed shredded zucchini
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
- juice of 1 lemon
Preparation
Preheat oven to 450F. Spray a baking dish with the oil
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat
