Ingredients:
- 1 roasted chicken leg
- ½ cup broccoli florets
- ½ tablespoon. unsalted butter softened
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Add the chicken leg to the baking sheet and roast, flipping halfway through, until the skin is crisp and golden for about 30 to 35 minutes.
- Boil the broccoli in lightly salted water for about 5 minutes.
- Drain the water from the pot and keep the broccoli in the pot. Keep the lid on to keep the broccoli warm.
- Mix all the butter, garlic, salt, and pepper in a small bowl to create garlic butter.
- Serve the chicken broccoli with garlic butter. Enjoy!
