Mediterranean Baked Sea Bass
Ingredients
- 4 sea bass fillets
- 2 zucchinis sliced
- 1 red bell pepper sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lemon sliced into wedges
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the Vegetables: In a large bowl, combine the sliced zucchinis, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, and minced garlic. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt, pepper, and oregano, and toss to coat.
