My journey hasn’t been easy. I’ve struggled with weight loss and have been diagnosed with low thyroid and insulin resistance. Through years of research, dedication, and personal transformation, I discovered what works—and now I’m passionate about helping others do the same. This site is all about empowering you to eat food you love while feeling great and living a healthier life.
I’m passionate about cooking and wellness. I hold a Starter Nutrition Certificate, a Complete Nutrition Diploma accredited by the Complementary Therapist Association (CTAA), and a Keto Nutrition Health Coach Certification. I’ve also completed training in Nutritional Therapy, giving me a strong foundation to guide others toward healthier choices.
Beyond nutrition, I’m also dedicated to emotional and personal well-being. I’m an expert in personal development and a certified Reiki practitioner.
