This dish features seasoned lean ground beef served over a bed of fresh romaine hearts, cherry tomatoes, and green onions, topped with a creamy mayonnaise and Dijon mustard dressing. Ingredients
- 12 oz Lean Ground Beef
- 2 1/4 tsps Italian Seasoning
- 3/4 tsp Chili Powder
- 3/4 tsp Cumin
- 1/3 tsp Salt
- 1/3 tsp Black Pepper
- 3 tbsps Mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tsps Dijon Mustard
- 1 1/8 heads Romaine Hearts (chopped)
- 3/4 cup Cherry Tomatoes (chopped)
- 6 stalks Green Onion (chopped, green tops only)
Cooking Notes
Storing Leftovers:
Refrigerator: Store leftover burger bowl components separately. Keep the cooked beef in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Store the chopped vegetables in a separate container and the dressing in another container. When ready to eat, reassemble the bowl with fresh vegetables and dressing.
Freezer: You can freeze the cooked ground beef. Allow it to cool completely before transferring it to a freezer-safe container or a resealable freezer bag. Label and date the container, then freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw in the refrigerator overnight before reheating and assembling your burger bowl.

Burguer Bowl
Ingredients
- 12 oz Lean Ground Beef
- 2 1/4 tsps Italian Seasoning
- 3/4 tsp Chili Powder
- 3/4 tsp Cumin
- 1/3 tsp Salt
- 1/3 tsp Black Pepper
- 3 tbsps Mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tsps Dijon Mustard
- 1 1/8 heads Romaine Hearts chopped
- 3/4 cup Cherry Tomatoes chopped
- 6 stalks Green Onion chopped, green tops only
Instructions
- In a pan over medium-high heat, brown the beef and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook until no longer pink, about 5 minutes.
- Drain any excess drippings, but keep the beef in the pan.
- Add the Italian seasoning, chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper to the beef and stir to combine.
- In a small bowl combine the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard.
- Divide the lettuce, tomatoes and onion between the 3 bowls and top with cooked beef and the Dijon mayo. Enjoy!
