  • 3/4 tsp Cumin
  • 1/3 tsp Salt
  • 1/3 tsp Black Pepper

  • 1 1/8 heads Romaine Hearts (chopped)
  • 3/4 cup Cherry Tomatoes (chopped)

Cooking Notes

Storing Leftovers:

Refrigerator: Store leftover burger bowl components separately. Keep the cooked beef in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Store the chopped vegetables in a separate container and the dressing in another container. When ready to eat, reassemble the bowl with fresh vegetables and dressing.
Freezer: You can freeze the cooked ground beef. Allow it to cool completely before transferring it to a freezer-safe container or a resealable freezer bag. Label and date the container, then freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw in the refrigerator overnight before reheating and assembling your burger bowl.

Side Dishes:

  • Sweet potato fries
  • A side of mixed greens with a light vinaigrette
  • Grilled vegetables
  • A fresh fruit salad
  • Enjoy this delicious and nutritious burger bowl with your favorite sides for a complete meal!
