Cauliflower Cacerole
3 tbsp butter
1/4 tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
5-Ingredients
1 small cauliflower
1 pound ground beef
1 small onion
4 ounces sour cream
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375 F.
Heat olive oil in a large 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat.
Add onions and cook for 2 minutes.
Add ground beef; season with Italian Seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Continue to cook, breaking up the meat with a wooden spoon.
Remove from heat, drain liquid from the skillet, and set aside.
Cut the cauliflower in small pieces and cook.
In a 9×13-inch baking dish combine cooked cauliflower, sour cream, butter and stir and mix until completely combined and creamy.
Add prepared beef mixture to the baking dish
Top with shredded cheese.
Bake for 25 minutes, or until bubbly and cheese is melted.

Blueberry Tarts
1 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp coconut shavings
5-Ingredients
1 cup fresh blueberry
½ cup whole almonds
1 tbsp coconut oil
Directions
In a blender, put almonds, grind to a powder.
Add oil and syrup, and beat until uniformity.
The dough must have a sticky and dense structure.
Lay out the dough in silicone forms for tartlets.
Leave in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Decorate tarts with blueberries and coconut shavings.
If desired, you can re- place blueberries with any available berries to taste.
